We're a modern, fun orthodontic practice looking for a Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to be the friendly first voice and face of our brand new clinic. The practice will be opening in December so, if you're warm, chatty, professional, and not shy about discussing finances, we want to meet you

The essentials
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 7.45am – 5:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Hourly rate based on experience
About the role
- Welcome & WOW: Greet every patient with top-tier service, manage incoming calls, and create a calm, outstanding front-of-house experience.
- Efficient scheduling: Coordinate bookings to keep clinicians on time and patients happy.
- Treatment & finance chats: Confidently explain treatment steps, timelines, and payment options with empathy and clarity.
- Admin that matters: Maintain neat, accurate records, manage emails, forms, and follow-ups with zero loose ends.
- Conversion support: Help turn new patient consults into treatment starts by explaining options in clear, friendly language and supporting them in making an informed decision about starting treatment.
- Team vibes: Collaborate with clinicians and the clinical crew to keep the day flowing.

- Calm under pressure: Busy moments? You stay positive and solution-focused.
- Experience: Preferred but not essential. If you have the right attitude and customer-service superpowers, we'll train you. Dental/orthodontic experience is a bonus.
