Join the team at North End Bakehouse as a full-time Baker in our Shepparton, Victoria location. As a skilled Baker, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality baked goods that delight our customers. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and baking a wide variety of pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and company standards
• Ensuring all baked products meet quality and presentation requirements
• Monitoring inventory levels and proactively communicating supply needs
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a bakery environment
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production targets
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• Adaptable and eager to learn new skills to contribute to the team's success
