• Installing, repairing, and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass
• Assessing damage and determining repair vs. replacement needs
• Sealing and bonding glass for long-lasting results
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working alongside the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Keeping accurate records of work completed

• Previous experience in automotive glass fitting or similar trade
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• A current driver's licence
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Own hand tools preferred
