We are currently looking to fill a new role of Construction Coordinator & Compliance. We are looking for someone with a talent in maintaining order, strong written and verbal communication and being the link between the office and site.

Construction Coordinator:

  • Administer and maintain construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
  • Monitor project budgets vs actual expenses to mitigate cost overruns
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to scope of works, order changes and project correspondence
  • Generate regular and thorough progress reports for project stakeholders
  • Maintain construction timeframes and negotiate EOT with clients
  • Identify and mitigate contract related risks during construction

Compliance

  • Produce weekly construction compliance reports
  • Ensure all construction activity complies with relevant laws, regulations and OH&S standards
  • Liaise with construction team to rectify any compliance issues

Your Qualities:

  • Experience in a Similar Role Preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential construction industry preferred
  • Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company
  • Strong Attention to Detail, Accuracy is King
  • Exquisite Time Management Skills
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
