The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused person to build strong relationships and provide a high standard of sales support to our Corporate and Industry customers. This is a great opportunity for an organised, efficient person with a proven sales track record, who wants to join a high performing team, and work with quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Working directly with our Managing Director, Product Development Manager and Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Developing sales plans to strategically grow business profitably, identifying new business opportunities within your defined responsibility.
- Responding to requests for quotations and information in a timely manner.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring jobs are tasked to production in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve company KPIs.
- Utilising ERP system to produce quotations, process orders, and invoices.
- Answering telephone enquiries and meeting with customers, to identify customer requirements and demonstrate product features.
- Meeting monthly sales requirements for your allocated portfolio
- Growing client accounts, customer retention and cross selling of products and services
- Providing excellent service to clients through end-to-end responsibility.
- Proactively following up on quotes to maximise sales pipelines and opportunities.
- Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date with lead and sales pipeline opportunities.
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate issues as required.
- Providing accurate forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on sales & account activities.
- Monitoring account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Representing the company at industry events and meetings as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Current Drivers' Licence.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in CRM, sales management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organised.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend trade shows and travel as required.
- Self-motivated, able to plan, prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
- A self-starter able to work and make decisions with minimal guidance.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working on new projects.
- Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
