We're seeking a qualified Chef to join our professional team at the Prince Alfred Hotel's Char'd Restaurant. This is your chance to work in a modern pub, delivering elevated pub classics with creativity and consistency.

Please note: Only applicants with formal chef qualifications (Cert III Commercial Cookery or above) will be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, organisation, and compliance
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create exceptional menus
