Assistant Registrar

  • Cross-Campus (primarily Champagnat Campus, Mitchell Park)
  • ESO Grade 3 – commencing at $73,425 (pro-rata annual salary $52,453.13)
  • Permanent Position
  • 30 hours per week (days negotiable)
  • 43 weeks per year

The Assistant Registrar is responsible for supporting the effective management of enrolments at the Champagnat Campus. The role provides administrative support to the Registrar, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and the maintenance and use of databases. The Assistant Registrar will act in place of the Registrar when required and will also provide cover for Reception during breaks or in the absence of the Receptionist.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • record and process registrations of interest and enrolment applications, and maintain accurate records;
  • respond to enrolment enquiries and provide timely, accurate information to prospective parents and carers;
  • organise and distribute prospectuses, new student information, and associated documents;
  • label, file, and manage enrolment applications in an orderly and accessible system;
  • assist with the organisation of School Tours across both campuses, including room bookings, catering, set-up and pack-down of facilities, and provision of marketing materials;
  • undertake Reception duties in the absence of the Receptionist; and
  • perform any other duties consistent with their classification, as directed by the Registrar or College Executive.
