About the role:
We're on the lookout for a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering a variety of specialised modular building projects across WA's metro and surrounding regions. In this full-time position, you'll oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working across multiple sites with a company vehicle provided, making it easier to stay connected and lead effectively. If you thrive in dynamic environments and have experience managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a collaborative team and grow with a market leader in modular construction.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Lead and motivate construction teams on-site, keeping projects on track and reporting progress.
- Interpret project drawings and specifications, offering insights into construction methodology.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labour to keep things running smoothly.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and manage daily site operations.
- Ensure compliance with all project documentation, specifications, and internal procedures.
- Champion safety by enforcing site policies and procedures.
About you:
You're an experienced construction professional who thrives on leading teams and delivering high-quality outcomes. With a strong background in commercial site supervision—ideally including modular or transportable buildings—you bring excellent communication, time management, and a proactive approach to every project.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- 3+ year experience in a similar role in commercial construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of the building industry.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards/Regulations and other applicable legislations and construction techniques.
- Commitment to safe working practices.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with trades, colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- An ability to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Skilled in defining, prioritising and organising completing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated drive and initiative.
- Hold a current valid Western Australian driver's license.
- Construction Induction Training Card (Whitecard).
