About the role:

We're on the lookout for a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering a variety of specialised modular building projects across WA's metro and surrounding regions. In this full-time position, you'll oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working across multiple sites with a company vehicle provided, making it easier to stay connected and lead effectively. The key responsibilities of the role are:

• Lead and motivate construction teams on-site, keeping projects on track and reporting progress.
• Interpret project drawings and specifications, offering insights into construction methodology.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labour to keep things running smoothly.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and manage daily site operations.
• Ensure compliance with all project documentation, specifications, and internal procedures.
• Champion safety by enforcing site policies and procedures.

About you:

You're an experienced construction professional who thrives on leading teams and delivering high-quality outcomes. With a strong background in commercial site supervision—ideally including modular or transportable buildings—you bring excellent communication, time management, and a proactive approach to every project.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• 3+ year experience in a similar role in commercial construction.
• Comprehensive understanding of the building industry.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards/Regulations and other applicable legislations and construction techniques.
• Commitment to safe working practices.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with trades, colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
• An ability to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Skilled in defining, prioritising and organising completing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated drive and initiative.
• Hold a current valid Western Australian driver's license.
• Construction Induction Training Card (Whitecard).
