Experienced or Recent Graduates for Immediate Start as well as offering 2025 Graduates an exciting opportunity to join our Private Practice team in our 12-month 2026 ENTRY PROGRAM

Fulltime / Part Time employment positions are available and designed to set you up for future industry success.

Bertram Physiotherapy is located at 132 Blackstone Rd, Silkstone (Ipswich), close to the medical precinct and hospitals and only a 20-30 minute commute from Brisbane.

• Strength / Conditioning Classes for Dance / Sport
• Wide range of targeted Clinical Classes.
• Ability to work alongside a highly experienced and supportive Physiotherapy team.
• Opportunities to observe diagnoses and treatment of complex cases
• Build a report with local GP's, surgeons, specialists and other health professionals.
• Thorough understanding of private practice structures, programs, allied health funding schemes.
• Use of a laptop, digital client management system and admin/reception support.
• Use of private treatment rooms, extensive Rehabilitation gym and pilates reformers.
• Opportunities for future growth within Bertram Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre upon completion of 12 months.

Andrew Bertram - owner and founder of Bertram Physiotherapy, not only has over 30 years of specialized muscular skeletal experience in Australia and the US, he has also managed this highly sought and respected clinic for the last 21 years. Our practice utilizes evidence based manual therapies combined with clinical exercise prescription to ensure our patients movement and wellness goals reach their fullest potential with the utmost personal care and attention to detail. Our mission is to provide health care that leaves a lasting impact on the everyday lives of our patients and the community.

You will join a close knit team of four experienced and exceptional Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologist, Remedial massage therapist supportive Admin and onsite Prosthetics company Oapl . Our thriving practice is about to embark on another new expansion in 2026 to extend the range of our specialized rehabilitation facilities, programs, services and space.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

· Bachelor or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy

· Full AHPRA registration (current or upon eligibility)

· Full unrestricted Australian working rights

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and motivating personality.

· A strong desire for continued education and professional skill progression.

· Enthusiasm and commitment to work collaboratively amongst our exceptional team of health professionals.

· A passion for Physiotherapy and committed to making a difference in people's lives.
