We're looking for someone with ambition and heart—someone proud of their craft and ready to enhance our food, atmosphere, and culture. You'll collaborate with a team eager to innovate, inspire, and push the boundaries of food and hospitality.

Ideally, we're looking for someone with:

2+ years' experience as a Cook, or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a high-volume venue, with a solid understanding across a variety of cooking methods and sections. Passion for quality local produce, people and delivering memorable experiences will definitely make you a strong candidate

The initial offer is for a casual role doing around 30+ hours a week, with potential of full-time employment for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a cook or commis chef looking to elevate their career and be a part of the team behind Si Paradiso, El Grotto, and Found Brewery.
