Cafe all rounders/Baristas

The opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Cafe all rounders to join our vibrant team at Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove Pottery' in the heart of Kingsgrove, NSW 2208. As a fulltime member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and food offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages
• Taking orders, table services, dishes wash and cleaning
• Providing attentive and friendly customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including regular cleaning tasks
• Restocking and inventory management to ensure the cafe is well-stocked at all times
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional cafe experience

What we're looking for

• All cafe rounders ( experienced preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS
• A team-player mentality and the ability to work collaboratively
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Running food and drinks and clearing tables, load the dish and glass washers
• Flexible and focused to help in other areas of the cafe as and when required
