Are you passionate about connecting communities to Country through gardening, education and cultural storytelling? You'll co-design and deliver hands-on environmental education programs that embed Aboriginal cultural knowledge and support healing, connection and truth-telling.
This role is all about building relationships—whether it's with Elders, local schools, or community garden participants—and turning those connections into thriving gardens and learning spaces. You'll navigate complex social and cultural landscapes, foster partnerships, and help communities grow together, literally and figuratively.
This role involves regular travel to client sites, with much of the work focused in the Central Coast and Mid North Coast regions of NSW. It's a great fit for someone based in or near these communities who enjoys working outdoors and connecting directly with local people and places.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of award winning world-leading staff from the fields of science and horticulture.
