Our team is on a mission to reduce scarcity. We believe that scarcity - not money - is the root of all evil. We're looking for a
Technical Manager & Lead Software Engineer

who thrives in the hard places. Someone who wants to coach greatness out of a team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a small team of engineers through ambiguity, complexity, and breakthrough moments
  • Architect and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure with security, performance, and cost in mind
  • Plan, write and review TypeScript code that's clean, maintainable, and battle-tested
  • Coach, mentor, and challenge your team to grow beyond what they thought possible
  • Collaborate directly with founders on product direction, technical strategy, and mission alignment

Who we're looking for

  • 10+ years of programming experience, with deep fluency in modern web technologies
  • Strong experience or keen interest in
    TypeScript

and
AWS

(and other cloud platforms)
- Interest and ability to lead and inspire technical teams through difficult terrain
- A bias toward action, ownership, and responsibility
- Hunger for meaningful work — not comfort, but impact at scale
- A coach's mindset: you want your team to win, and you want to guide them do it
- Mission-first thinking: you care more about reducing scarcity than clocking in and out
