What You'll Do…

Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutionsDeliver clean, efficient code in line with modern software engineering practicesCollaborate with team through agile ceremonies, pair programming, and code reviewsContribute to architectural discussions and share technical insights to inform product decisionsApply AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development workflows and productivityWork closely with cross-functional teams in a supportive, growth-focused environmentHelp maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processesContinuously learn and adopt best practices in coding, testing, and team collaborationEnsure secure, high-quality code aligned with performance and privacy standardsParticipate in ongoing learning and team knowledge-sharing initiatives

Skills And Experiences

What we would like to see you bring to the team…

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience as a software engineer in an agile/scrum environment.Solid experience in web technologies such as , React and PHP.A foundation in core software engineering principles with an interest and ability to learn other frameworks and languages.Nice to have: Experience with or interest in event-driven systems (Kafka)Good understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, MVC, and design patterns.Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), API design, and microservices.Working knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and code versioning tools like Git.Good communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively.
