Factory Labourer – $32.31 per hour Yatala | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start

A leading timber manufacturing company in Yatala is seeking dedicated Factory Labourers to join its production team. This role offers stable hours, a supportive environment, and a clear pathway to permanent employment for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber roof trusses and wall frames to specification
• Operate nail guns, drop saws, and a range of hand and power tools
• Interpret basic technical drawings and perform accurate measurements
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced production line

Ideal Candidate

• Proven confidence and safe use of power tools
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Prior experience in construction, labouring, or manufacturing (highly regarded)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork

What We Offer

• Rate $32.31 per hour + superannuation
• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm Friday: 5:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Employment Temporary to permanent conversion available
• Fully indoor facility – no weather interruptions
