Join Priceline Pharmacy Glenmore, part of the Douglas Chemist Group, and manage a busy dispensary serving a loyal Central Queensland community.

This full-time position offers an annual package valued at over $150,000, which includes:

About the Role

You'll oversee and manage a dispensary processing approximately 500 prescriptions daily, supported by:

  • Two other full-time pharmacists
  • A skilled team of dispensary technicians
  • A DAA packing robot to streamline workflow

This is an opportunity to take ownership of operations, drive professional services, and put your own stamp on a successful business with full support from the Douglas Chemist Group.

About You

  • Registered Pharmacist (AHPRA) with at least 3 years' experience
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role (requirement)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflow in a high-volume dispensary

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
