About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women's Outpatients team as an Outpatient Coordinator, where you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate outpatient clinics and provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain data quality and oversee clinic templating, liaising with clinicians and unit heads to support accurate service delivery.
  • Supervise and support administration staff, including rostering and coordinating training and development.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, change management, and workflow efficiencies within the division.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) including the ability to foster professional working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated high level competency in word processing, excel, power point, outlook calendar.
  • Ability to set priorities to respond to changing circumstances and needs.
  • Effective problem solving skills with the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement in formulating and implementing solutions.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, highlighting sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varying and conflicting workloads.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems, procedures and technologies.
