Join us in Gosnells for this permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week). The working hours will be Monday 12.30pm - 8.30pm, Wednesday & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Counselling, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in intake, assessment, and risk assessment of families, with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally safe, and child-inclusive practice.
• Proven ability to facilitate group programs and provide brief counselling to separated parents and their children.
• Knowledge of family systems, child development, family and domestic violence issues, and the impact of separation on families.
• Strong ethical and professional approach aligned with Anglicare WA's values, including commitment to child safety and culturally intelligent practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external partners.

This role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance. A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us. The successful candidate must also possess a current WA Working with Children Check and a WA Drivers Licence.

• A salary from $108,600 (pro-rata) per annum + 12% superannuation
• Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
• Additional 3 days leave per year over festive period
