- Substantial experience in originating and/or approving credit transactions
- Working knowledge of NCP & BCOP regulations
- Significant banking/financial services experience across a broad range of disciplines
- Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and proficiency in Westpac internal systems
- Proven ability to engage and liaise effectively with staff and clients across all levels
