As a Certificate III Business trainee, you'll play a vital role within a supportive small team school office environment.

This is a dynamic and varied role involving professional interaction with parents, students, school staff and contractors.

This is your chance to gain a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) – while working full time and getting paid. You'll be supported every step of the way in a real workplace environment that values growth and development, along with the Catholic College ethos awareness.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support your team with high-quality administrative & clerical duties, including filing, data entry, records management and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Build strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Reception duties both face to face and over the phone.
  • Demonstrate ability to adhere to confidentiality obligations.
  • Bring a positive, professional, mature, and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong computer and word processing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience in customer service.
  • A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • ability to work within a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

Quick Facts:

  • Employer: Work & Training - hosted to the Catholic Education facility.
  • Training: Delivered one-on-one at your workplace.
  • Wage: National Training Wage applies.
  • Leave: 4 weeks of paid annual leave per year.
