This is a casual on-site role for an LPO Counter Operator located in Braybrook North, Vic. The LPO Counter Operator will be responsible for managing the customer service counter, handling postal transactions, processing mail, and providing information about postal services. Daily tasks include selling postal products, handling cash transactions, managing mail parcels, and ensuring compliance with postal regulations. The role requires interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including experience in providing excellent service to customers and handling inquiries
• Cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of postal services and regulations (training can be provided to the right candidates)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
