Specialising in the AI App Implementation field, we know that this is a developing career path and not one that's fully developed. We are however committed to utilising the next generation of AI tools in our business units and we just need you to assist us in implementing them into our business units.

We're up for the challenge if you are.

This is a key strategic role responsible for transforming how our operations leverage automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation.

You'll work closely with business leaders to assess needs, recommend fit-for-purpose AI solutions, and manage implementation from design through to deployment and staff adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI technologies (including automation, data analytics, and workflow optimisation tools) across business units.
2. Develop and manage implementation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
3. Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, ensuring security and scalability.
4. Provide hands-on training and documentation for staff and management.
5. Monitor performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimise deployed solutions.
6. Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing, finance, and management to ensure smooth transitions.
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and AI applications relevant to each business.

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation tools within a business environment.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, or similar).
• Experience in process mapping, data analysis, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across departments.
• Background in IT, business systems, data science, or digital transformation highly regarded.
