About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with leadership skills to take the next level and join our Team at the Greenslopes Private Hospital as a Clinical Nurse.
We encourage experienced Registered Nurses to apply, as this is an opportunity to further develop skills in the nursing discipline and progress your nursing career. As a Clinical Nurse, you will demonstrate 2 years minimum radiology/medical imaging experience within QXR.
Clinical Nurses need to show the capabilities to work autonomously and collaboratively, they possess advanced knowledge in Medical Imaging in multiple modalities and in general nursing. You will apply critical thinking and have the ability to formalise care plans in collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
The flexibility to float to other practices around the Region when required is part of this role's expectations. There will be opportunities to perform the duties of an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager in the absence of senior leadership with support. As well as being engaged in a portfolio project that you will liaise with the leadership team on.
About You
- Full AHPRA Registration
- 2 years' minimal experience in Radiology / QXR
- Demonstrate sound judgement and maturity
- Coordinate and promote patient safety and safe quality nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines under pressure within tight time-frames
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Resilience and the ability to influence outcomes
