Privately owned and professionally managed, The Brook offers a spacious 1000 capacity multiple area modern gastropub experience with the warmth of a classic local. Our spaces include a family-friendly bistro, a newly renovated beer garden with live entertainment, and an award-winning TAB sports bar featuring multiple screens.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced restaurant supervisor to support our restaurant manager.
