Noble Toyota is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Advisor to join our Revesby Service Department on a full-time basis. This key role acts as the face of the workshop, supporting our customers, technicians, and manufacturer partners to ensure every vehicle is "fixed right the first time."

About the Role

As a Technical Advisor, you'll provide expert advice and hands-on support to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues. You'll also play a crucial part in delivering a seamless service experience for our guests — from documenting customer concerns to working with Toyota to report and resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers and service teams with "Fix it Right" concerns
  • Providing technical advice on vehicle faults and repairs
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Liaising with Toyota to report and resolve product concerns
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentice technicians
  • Ensuring all work meets Toyota's high standards of quality and safety
  • Conducting final inspections and test drives prior to vehicle delivery
  • Delivering outstanding customer service every time

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about automotive excellence and takes pride in both technical skill and customer satisfaction.

You'll bring:

  • Previous Toyota dealership experience (highly regarded)
  • Experience with the Toyota Fix It Right (FIR) process
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  • Current trade qualification (Automotive Technician)
  • Experience with passenger and light commercial vehicles
  • Current driver's licence
  • A team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety
