An established national organisation with over 100 stores across Australia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the People & Culture team. The company has experienced rapid growth and prides itself on delivering exceptional service, expertise, and quality products to its customers. About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process while partnering closely with managers across retail stores, warehouse operations, trade services, and corporate functions.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a strong balance of stakeholder management, high-volume recruitment capability, and the ability to influence workforce planning decisions. You will also contribute to building talent pipelines to meet both current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across retail, warehouse, trade, and head office roles
  • Partner with managers and leaders to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions
  • Provide workforce planning input, market insights, and recruitment best practices
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using JobAdder, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and specialist roles across a large national footprint
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy throughout recruitment processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters within the People & Culture team

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (JobAdder preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver outcomes under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to working in a team environment
