The Opportunity

Based in our Epping office, you'll play a key role in supporting our Personal Injury practice groups, working closely with lawyers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

No two days will be the same as you'll manage client communication, prepare key legal documents, and ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in making a meaningful impact through their work.

Key responsibilities:

  • General administration and filing
  • Maintain calendars and diary appointments
  • Developing an understanding of litigation procedures in the respective department
  • Opening new files, preparing letters and correspondence, drafting medical-legal letters of instruction, compiling briefs and court documents
  • Compiling briefs and court documents
  • Proactively liaising with the supervising solicitor and relevant parties to advance files
  • Monitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are met
  • Responding to general enquiries via telephone and in-person
