ABOUT THE ROLE
In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. As a Check-In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management. Your efforts will make a significant impact on travellers' journeys.
YOUR DUTIES
- Greet customers warmly at check-in.
- Process and verify travel documents.
- Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers.
- Assist with gate boarding procedures.
- Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.

- Hourly base rate is $27.01 exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation.

ESSENTIALS
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
- Willing to be cross trained on Ramp Services.
- Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
- Ability to work shifts spanning 06:00 - 20:00.
- Commitment to a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight.
- Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training.
