Our experience spans across branding, animation, illustration, graphic design, video production, drone, photography, website development, and full-scope digital marketing.The role in a nutshell You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer with expertise in document design and tactical advertising design. You will lead the design and delivery of visually compelling digital and print materials, ensuring each output aligns with client objectives and marketing performance.Your day-to-day involves designing a range of projects and deliverables with a focus on tactical marketing assets and document design. You're also focussed on managing design projects, leading design efforts, and ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of documents and tactical marketing assets. You collaborate closely with client managers and clients to understand their needs, brief the team effectively, flex your own design skills, and ensure that all work is delivered on time and in budget, on brand, and to an exceptional standard.As a Senior Designer, you combine design expertise, team leadership, project management and account management skills, overseeing everything from design development to client satisfaction.This role is based in Ravel's South Brisbane studio, with a hybrid work policy for those that want to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.Key Responsibilities:Document & Tactical Marketing DesignInternal Project Management: Lead and manage projects for document design and tactical marketing clients from inception to delivery.Document Design: Lead design for reports, corporate documents, maps, brochures.Tactical Marketing: Lead design for d igital and print advertising, direct/email marketing, outdoor advertising.Print & Production Management: Oversee print and production processes to ensure the highest quality output for all tactical marketing and document design projects.Design Account Management (Tactical & Document Design)Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tactical marketing and document design clients.Team Briefing: Clearly communicate project objectives, timelines, and creative direction to the team.Quality Assurance: Review all deliverables to ensure they meet brand, design, and quality standards.Client Satisfaction & Retention: Foster positive client experiences to encourage long-term partnerships and retention.Skills Required:EssentialAdobe InDesign: Highly proficient, with the ability to confidently create large documents using linked text files and leverage InDesign's automated features for efficient workflows.Print production: Confident and experienced with print production of documents, event collateral, press and outdoor media.DesirableAdobe Photoshop: Strong retouching and compositing skills, with solid pre-press knowledge.Adobe Illustrator: Skilled in icon development and illustration.Experience:Minimum 7 years agency experience.KPIs Retainer client performance and satisfaction, specifically:Working within budgeted time (
