About the role
Join our passionate team of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators and make a meaningful community impact. In this dynamic role, you'll support the smooth operation of our OSHC centre, contribute to the design and delivering of engaging programs that foster learning and wellbeing, and build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.

We currently have multiple part-time opportunities working either 16 or 26 hours per week.
Remuneration
A competitive salary along with applicable allowances and 12% Superannuation will be negotiated with the successful candidate's dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Hold an approved Diploma level qualification (if applicable)
- Current first aid certificate; and completion of approved course/s in anaphylaxis and asthma management.
- Completion of an approved course in child protection.
- Experience with and/or willingness to be an active and collaborative educator with school age children, including sound working knowledge of child development, positive behaviour guidance techniques and strategies for children.
- Proven ability to apply knowledge and requirements as a mandatory reporter
- Willing to undertake role of Responsible Person under the National Education and Care Services Regulations
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to and/or planning and implementing developmentally appropriate and inquiry/interest-based programs for individual children and groups of children.
