About the Role

Our client, Berrigan Children's Centre, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher / Educators to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and community-focused centre that values quality education and care for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs
  • Facilitate and support children's learning and development
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress and learning outcomes
  • Provide pedagogical leadership and mentor fellow educators
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant frameworks and regulations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECT or Diploma level)
  • Proven experience in a similar early childhood education environment
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills
  • A sound understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
