We are looking for a proven Telemarketer / Lead Generator who thrives in a sales environment and knows how to convert calls into real business opportunities for a commercial cleaning & Maintenance company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales calls, hitting targets, and driving results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • High-volume outbound calls to commercial decision-makers
  • Generating qualified leads and booking sales appointments
  • Overcoming objections and promoting our commercial cleaning services
  • Achieving daily and weekly call and conversion targets
  • Accurately recording outcomes and follow-ups
  • Updating CRM, generating proposal and quotes

What You Must Have

  • Telemarketing / outbound sales experience (mandatory)
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Confident, energetic, and professional phone presence
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Ability to work independently in an office environment
