About Us
Birch Hotel Group is an expanding Australian hospitality group setting a new standard in regional accommodation. Our recently renovated Proserpine Motel and Guest House (35 rooms) is ready for a dedicated management couple to take the reins and continue delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The Role
This is a live-in, 7-day role suited to a hands-on couple ready to manage all aspects of daily operations, including guest services, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Oversee daily motel operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage check-ins/check-outs, RMS bookings, and reconciliations
- Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards (minimum 20 rooms cleaned weekly)
- Handle administration, stock control, and financial reporting
- Conduct or coordinate general maintenance and grounds care
- Drive online ratings and reviews through excellent service
- Training will be provided where required
What We're Looking For
- Couples only – not suitable for dependants or pets
- One partner must have building/handyman experience
- Other partner experienced in reception and room management
- RMS system experience essential
- Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Police and drug clearances required
- Must have an ABN
- Permanent residents of Australia only
