Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are looking to grow our high performing South Australian based team.

We're seeking a Project Manager with proven experience working in commercial construction.

You will be helping lead the delivery of high-profile commercial construction project.You'll be part of a well-resourced site team, delivering mixed use residential and commercial office developments.

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Minimum 7 years experience on commercial construction projects above $30million with a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects from start to finish within allocated timeframes and budgets.
  • Leading and managing teams of construction professionals including mentoring, training and performance management;
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and client focus;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Programming skills utilising MS Project;·
  • Quality management and continuous improvement practices and processes;
  • Effective implementation and knowledge of AS Form of Contracts;
  • A working knowledge of construction specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, specifically the Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act and the Work Health & Safety Act
  • Previous experience with Estimate One, Hammertech and Procore highly desirable
