We are a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing across multi-disciplinary teams. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our Melbourne team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to a diverse caseload, including children and adults
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
• Support clients with communication disorders, language delays, and swallowing difficulties
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent
• SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) registration is desirable
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in speech therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
