Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to our residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement interventions that enhance daily living skills and promote independence for our residents.
Working largely independently with aged care clients, you will also be supported by colleagues within the Regents Garden Group network. While a background in aged care occupational therapy is advantageous, we welcome applications from candidates with diverse experience in the field.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and understanding for client needs
- Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards (preferred)
- Leadership experience in Allied Health
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Formal qualifications in Occupational Therapy
