Location and Roster

  • Residential Only – only candidates residing in Kalgoorlie will be contacted.
  • Lakewood is located 6km from Kalgoorlie, with our mining operations located within a 40km radius of the processing facility.
  • Roster: 8/6, day shift only.

About the Opportunity

This position is a trainee position, providing labouring assistance to the Process Operators in the daily operation of the mill, whilst being trained, developed and upskilled, across all areas of the mill to become a multiskilled Process Operator.

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is eager to learn, shows initiative, and is willing to take on new challenges.

  • Have or willing to obtain licenses such as forklift, confined space, gas testing and working at heights.
  • Mechanically minded with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Western Australian unencumbered "C" Class Driver's Licence.
