About the Role

Infinity Occupational Therapy Services is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with an interest in healthy ageing to join our team on a casual contractor basis. You'll work one-on-one with older adults in their own homes, providing assessment and support to clients receiving Support at Home packages across metropolitan Adelaide.

Your role will focus on promoting safety, independence, and wellbeing by addressing frailty, functional decline, and chronic conditions through tailored equipment prescription, home modifications, rehabilitation, pain management, and exercise programs.

Infinity Occupational Therapy Services is a Nairne-based allied health provider delivering home-based OT and rehabilitation services throughout Adelaide. We partner with several registered Support at Home providers, offering expertise in aged care and functional reablement. Our mission is to improve clients' function, participation, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments in clients' homes.
  • Provide professional, evidence-informed advice tailored to individual health needs.
  • Recommend equipment and home modifications to enhance safety and independence.
  • Establish basic home exercise and rehabilitation programs.
  • Offer pain management strategies and education.
  • Liaise with allied health teams, HCP coordinators, and GPs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence, particularly with Aboriginal and CALD clients.
  • Knowledge and passion for promoting healthy ageing and reablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with professionalism and care.
