We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team on the Sunshine Coast as either Tractor Operators and/or gardeners. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.
  • Operate various tractors , mowers, blowers and brushcutters safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need

  • Skill in operating and maintaining Tractors and mowing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.
  • A willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
  • A legal right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence. (MR advantageous)
  • Experience in horticulture, turf, or asset maintenance, including associated plant and equipment.
  • Commercial Spray Operators License (advantageous)
  • Construction Induction (white card)
  • Traffic Management Accreditation (advantageous)
