EL1 Trainer

Join a major legislative transformation supporting Australia's veteran community. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver training programs as part of a once-in-a-century reform project. You'll work in a collaborative, high-impact team shaping the implementation of a new legislative framework that simplifies veterans' entitlements and rehabilitation.

Location: ACT, TAS, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD

Key Duties:

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning priorities
• Design and develop tailored training packages with diverse audiences in mind
• Deliver training sessions through face-to-face, virtual, or blended formats
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience in training development and facilitation
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, accessible training materials
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar qualification
• Proficiency with digital training platforms (e.g. MS Teams)
