Whether you're currently in youth work, community services, social work, OSHC offers a rewarding and flexible career pathway where you can keep making a difference every day.

We have leadership through to Coordinator and Educator roles available across Hervey Bay. Part-time anywhere from 10-35 hours per week, or regular Casual shifts available. Apply to express interest

  • Work in or have experience with: Youth work, community development, disability support, or case management

  • Have (or are working towards) a relevant qualification (Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Education Support, Community Welfare, etc.)

Your Role

  • Creating a safe, inclusive space where kids can be themselves

  • Leading games, creative activities, cooking, and sports

  • Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour

  • Working collaboratively with a team to deliver engaging programs

  • Building trusted relationships with kids, parents, and schools

  • Advanced Diploma of Social Science
  • Bachelor of Psychology with Honours
  • Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services)
  • Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Psychology
