We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage attendant to join our team on a full-time basis at the Southern Terrace Cafe, a high-volume, fast-paced cafe. If you have passion for hospitality, strong barista & bartending skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you

A little about the opportunity..

In this fast-paced outlet, the Food and Beverage attendant will prepare that perfect pour, master their latte art, prepare and serve hot & cold appetising finger food. Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards. assisting with cafe setup, pack down and restocking.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume, fast paced environment. In additional to excellent time management skills and customer service abilities we are looking for someone who has:

  • Bar and cafe experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak service periods
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
  • A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for hospitality
  • Well presented with strong attention to detail
  • Must have a current NSW RSA Competency Card
