Head Pool Install Coordinator

Summertime Pools Adelaide, is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Pool Installer to take charge of our fibreglass pool installations. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy leading a team, and love delivering top-quality results, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll lead fibreglass pool installations from start to finish — coordinating on-site works, guiding your crew, and ensuring each project runs smoothly, safely, and to our premium standards. You'll work closely with our Construction Manager for planning and support but will take full ownership of your sites.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Oversee excavation, setting out, and installation of fibreglass pools
• Manage and mentor installation crews and labourers
• Coordinate with clients, crane operators, suppliers, and office staff
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality finish
• Read and interpret construction plans and levels
• Maintain accurate site documentation and communicate progress updates
• Support with pool maintenance and servicing where required (cleaning, equipment checks, water testing)
• Promote excellent customer service and uphold Summertime Pools Adelaide's reputation on every job
• Any additional duties as directed by the direct manager / supervisor

Required Skills:

• Experience in fibreglass or concrete pool construction an advantage
• Strong understanding of excavation, plumbing, concreting, and site setup
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills on site
• Current driver's licence and White Card
• Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• MR/HR licence and trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential
