As a dynamic and growing Cultural Heritage team, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cultural Heritage Manager based in our Brisbane or Ipswich office to lead, manage, and complete a wide range of heritage projects.

Our current and emerging projects cover a range of sectors, including local government, large infrastructure projects, state heritage-listed parks and gardens, transport, energy, and water resources.

This position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in cultural heritage management, engage in technically challenging work, and advance your career within a supportive, collaborative, and rewarding environment.

About Redleaf

At Redleaf, we are passionate about identifying and valuing our past heritage, including the preservation of present-day items, landscapes, and buildings for future generations.

We deliver innovative solutions for our clients through an integrated team of experts in ecology, environment, and heritage. Our focus is on enabling our clients to manage significant heritage values while also supporting them in achieving their project objectives.

We value Indigenous Australians' knowledge and understandings of landscapes and cultural values. Our team has excellent working relationships with Traditional Owners, which is essential for determining and managing potential risks associated with projects.

We work collaboratively with Traditional Owners to facilitate the signing of cultural heritage management agreements or cultural heritage management plans, organise field surveys, and develop appropriate methods for the conservation of Indigenous Australian cultural heritage.

With an expanding team, we operate across Queensland and into New South Wales, completing projects for construction companies, town planners, engineering firms, all levels of government, natural resource management groups, mining and energy industries, transport infrastructure, primary industries, developers, and other related sectors.

Our experienced team has strong working relationships with government regulators and town planners to guide large and small projects through the permitting processes and legislative frameworks across Queensland and NSW.
