Project Supervisor – Karratha Based

Location: Karratha, WA

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Division: Operations

We're seeking a proactive and skilled Project Supervisor to join our Operations Division in Pilbara. This is a Karratha-based role, perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. You'll also have the chance to join a small, dynamic, and growing team.

The Role:

  • Supervise a wide variety of projects, minor works, and maintenance activities.
  • Lead internal trades and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
  • Manage all stages of project delivery, from planning to completion.
  • Take ownership of service contracts, ensuring performance aligns with KPIs and client expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and deliver minor maintenance works and multi-trade projects.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, tradespeople, and external subcontractors.
  • Manage full project lifecycle: Scope definition, SOW development, Design, Tender
  • Construction, Commissioning, Handover & Defects.
  • Provide hands-on trades work/maintenance support as needed.
  • Deliver Toolbox and Pre-start meetings aligned with safety and company goals.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections, ensuring high HSEQ compliance.
  • Support and train team members in company processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including corrective actions.
  • Drive team accountability, monitor workflows, and maintain job system accuracy.
  • Manage job scheduling, resource allocation, and job profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team with project leads or opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Trades person with project supervision experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-trade maintenance and construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate teams and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Excellent understanding of project delivery processes and contract KPIs
  • Strong systems and admin capability for job tracking and invoicing
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • White Card and other relevant site tickets
  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of local trades and suppliers
  • Strong understanding of building codes and quality standards
  • Strong work ethic with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Experience in MS Project favourable
  • Applicant must reside in Karratha WA 6017, FIFO not an option
  • Own Accommodation is a requirement
