Position: Warehouse Attendants / Workers

Main job duties include but not limited to the following

  • Picking quality goods to match customer orders.
  • Packing customer orders goods safely.
  • Organising and separating picked items.
  • Sealing and labelling packed orders.
  • Moving completed orders to the shipping area.
  • Picking and packing efficiently.
  • Monitoring product quality/look for visible damages.
  • Safely operating mechanical pallet jacks.
  • Maintaining temperature records/damaged stock records.
  • Taking inventory after all trucks are loaded.
  • Follow daily cleaning roster and fulfil required duties for the day.
  • Keeping the work environment secure.
  • Performing any other assigned duties by manager.
  • Maintain chill stocks rotation and conduct stocktakes when required.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and report any issues/damages.
  • Following work safe practices & adhere to safe work culture and actively involved in eliminating any workplace hazards such as Wearing safety equipment (boots, high visibility vest), Keeping a clean work area/chiller/office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise & manage time effectively for competing deadlines.
  • Ad hoc and other general house keeping - administrative duties.

Skills and Experience

  • Valid forklift license (ideal but not essential).
  • Experienced using Electronic Pallet Jacks.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  • Experience in Food Industry
  • Understanding of Food Hygiene: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure the highest quality of our products.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus, reflecting our diverse workplace and client base.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.

Warehouse Workers need a degree of physical fitness, as the role requires manual labour and heavy lifting in fast paced environment.

Main job duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Unload/load trucks and receive goods.

  • Clean and tidy work area regularly.

  • Following work safe practices & adhere to safe work culture and actively involved in eliminating any workplace hazards such as Wearing safety equipment (boots, high visibility vest)
