Scotts Automotive Group, North Shore Honda Artarmon NSW service department currently holds an opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the aftersales manager, the successful candidate is expected to uphold high ethical standards as well as strong customer service skill. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for new challenges or a position where you can grow.

The right candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
  • Friendly & positive personality
  • Professional appearance
  • Patience and understanding, the ability to show empathy
  • A current NSW drivers license is a must
  • Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to follow process to achieve a reliable outcome
  • Administrative and computer skills
  • Have the right to work in Australia with residency entitlement

As your training progresses your day will consist of:

  • Providing superior customer service
  • Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
  • Greeting customers as part of our driveway check-in service
  • Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
  • Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle during the day
  • Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
  • Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
  • Following up lost opportunities

Our Service Department is open from 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
