Inspectivity assists digital transformation by delivering a B2B SaaS no-code platform for inspection management. We connect global stakeholders with critical condition information about their assets, underpinning major capital projects both here in Australia and overseas.

Are you an ambitious software engineer ready to step into a role where your skills will directly shape the future of a product used by global enterprises?

Inspectivity is seeking an experienced full-stack Java software engineer with the drive and energy to make an impact. You'll be more than a developer - you'll be a problem-solver, a systems thinker, and someone keen to grow alongside a scaling SaaS business.

You will work across all aspects of the platform - from core backend services to the mobile and web experience - where you can deliver real technical and commercial outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Contribute high-quality, maintainable code across backend, web and mobile.
  • Help shape the architecture and design of our platform as we modernise and scale.
  • Take ownership of parts of projects or entire projects — contributing to scoping, estimating, executing, and delivering reliably.
  • Actively collaborate with the product and professional services teams to solve customer problems.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders when needed.
  • Help bring energy, organisation, and clarity to complex technical initiatives.
Our tech stack
  • Core: Java, Spring, JPA, relational databases (SQL), Git, IntelliJ IDEA
  • Frontend: HTML/CSS, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Javascript
  • Mobile: Apache Cordova, Android development.
  • Cloud / DevOps: AWS

You are versatile and eager to quickly learn and adapt to the technologies in our stack, such as GWT, Cordova, or AWS. You have a strong foundation in Java and experience building single-page web apps. Familiarity with React would be a valuable plus.
