About the Role
As a Machinist / Turner, you will:
• Set up and operate conventional lathes
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, verniers etc.)
• Work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
• Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
What We're Looking For
• Qualified Fitter and Turner / Fitter Machinist
• Experience in conventional machining, especially lathe work
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work unsupervised
• Commitment to safe and efficient work practices
