We are looking for a motivated, client focused and enthusiastic Function & Events Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis. This person is responsible for overseeing a team of Food and Beverage Attendants that have a collective goal of ensuring a seamless delivery of all our Weddings, Social & Corporate Functions, Concerts and associated events held at the winery to a consistent world class standard.

About You:

  • Experience in Supervision of a Functions, Hospitality or Food and Beverage team, with the capability of inspiring and motivating.
  • Exceptional Customer Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring all operations are in line for smooth service and a memorable guest experience.
  • Uphold high standards to ensure consistency with Sandalford's brand standards and service culture, with a clear focus on quality and safety standards.
  • Excellent professional grooming and presentation.
  • Western Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Unrestricted Approved Manager Qualification (Essential).

This position requires your willingness and availability to work flexible working hours including weekends, nights and some public holidays.
